Blood Alcohol ConcentrationWhat Does Blood Alcohol Concentration Mean? “Alcohol concentration" is defined by the Texas Penal Code as: 1) the number of grams of alcohol per 100 milliliters of blood; 2) the number of grams of alcohol per 210 liters of breath; or, 3) the number of grams of alcohol per 67 milliliters of urine. On the whole, if you have been drinking, it will be difficult, (if not impossible) for you to determine if you have an alcohol concentration of .08 or more. |
